Shipping Information

We ship most orders via Federal Express.  Your order will ship within 7 business days by standard delivery, not including holidays, within the U.S.  Next day deliveries must be placed before 3pm Tuesday-Thursday  and are subject to product availability (please call to verify we can ship your request over night 407-644-4824). 

Credit Card shipments are processed after credit card authorization has been obtained.  All Federal Express shipments require signature, unless a signature release has been arranged prior to shipping (if product is left with no signature, we do not guarantee its safety).

All efforts will be made to ship per your request.  To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Majestic Jewelers does not ship to P.O. Boxes using Federal Express. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. RESIDENTIAL SHIPMENTS ARE ADDITIONAL FEES!

Returns

All jewelry returns are store credit only unless otherwise noted.

Corporate clients have different options for returns.

Shipping funds are non-refundable.

Please inspect all shipments for damages to outside box and report these findings to Majestic Jewelers via email within 24 hours.
